Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

1. Advance payments for services not availed: If you cancel before the first session or service begins, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative charges.
2. Session cancellations by us: If we cancel a session or program without offering an alternative date or time, a full refund will be provided for the cancelled portion.
3. Duplicate or incorrect payments: If a payment is accidentally made more than once, or a billing error occurs, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Services, including therapy sessions, workshops, or programs, have already been availed in full or part
• You miss or fail to attend scheduled sessions, unless prior cancellation was made as described below
• You are dissatisfied with outcomes of therapy or programs, as results vary from child to child
• Cancellation is requested after the program or session has commenced

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Requests to reschedule a booked session must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations, less than 24 hours, are considered a no-show and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternate dates in unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist unavailability

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment
• Transaction charges, gateway fees, or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable
